You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful to others.
You are responsible for ensuring that your login credentials are kept confidential. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you are in breach of these terms.
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely. We do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, once your order has been confirmed, the price you were quoted at the time of ordering will apply.
Trade pricing — where applicable, trade pricing is applied automatically at checkout for verified trade account holders. Trade prices are only visible when you are signed in to your trade account and are not published on the public website.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on working days the same day. Delivery timescales are estimated and not guaranteed, though we will notify you promptly of any known delays.
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes on payment.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We accept returns on all unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with your statutory rights and our returns policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
We are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used, except in the case of a fault or error on our part. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

FabPro Hair is an authorised UK distributor of Merlin Professional. All products sold on this website are genuine and sourced directly from authorised supply chains. Every product is covered by its manufacturer's standard guarantee.
Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings. We are not responsible for any differences between how a product appears on screen and its physical appearance.
If you are purchasing products for resale, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the territory of resale.
These additional terms apply to all verified trade account holders.
Trade accounts are available to businesses operating in the professional hair and beauty industry in the United Kingdom, including hair salons, beauty salons, barbershops, mobile hairdressers, spas and training academies. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or withdraw trade account status at our discretion.
Trade pricing is exclusive to verified trade account holders and is applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in to your trade account. Trade prices must not be shared, published or made available to non-trade customers. Breach of this condition may result in immediate suspension of your trade account.
Trade accounts are assigned to Bronze, Silver or Gold tiers based on rolling 12-month spend. Tier upgrades are applied automatically. We reserve the right to adjust tier thresholds on 30 days' notice.
We may suspend or terminate a trade account at any time if we have reason to believe the account is being used fraudulently, if trade pricing is being shared with non-trade customers, or if the account holder ceases to operate as a professional business. Outstanding orders at the time of suspension will be fulfilled at the price quoted at time of order.
Trade account purchases are made for business purposes. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections that apply to consumer purchases do not apply to business-to-business transactions. Our returns policy for trade customers is as stated on this website.
Products purchased through a trade account may be resold in a professional context (e.g. sold to salon clients following use of the product on their hair). Wholesale distribution to other retailers or resellers is not permitted without our prior written consent.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this website.
