Orders & delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. First class orders placed before 2pm arrive in 2-3 days but are at the Royal Mails discretion. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at hello@fabprohair.com with your order number. Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes – standard delivery is free on all orders over £50. Outlet and full-price items both count towards the threshold. First class delivery is £5.00 under £50 and an additional £1.00 on orders over £50.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes – whilst we generally deliver to the UK, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, we do offer an international delivery service that is worked out on a weight based matrix – you’ll get your price in the checkout. The speed of international deliveries varies greatly and whilst we try our best to negate any delays, we are in the hands of specific countries’ postal services – all international deliveries are tracked.

Products & stock

Are your products genuine?

Yes, absolutely. FabPro Hair is the only stockist of Merlin Professional. Every product we sell is sourced directly from the brand.

What does “outlet” mean?

Our outlet section carries end-of-line, short-dated or surplus stock at significantly reduced prices. All outlet products are genuine, fully sealed and covered by our standard returns policy.

A product I want is out of stock – will it come back?

In most cases, sadly not – most of our products are sold until we run out.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns on all unopened items, no questions asked. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging – You have 30 days to action this. Visit our returns page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Log in to your account, go to Orders, select the order and click Return items. You’ll then be guided through the process – unfortunately, we do not offer a Free returns service.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return. Credit and debit card refunds appear in your account within 3-5 working days after processing.

Accounts & orders

Do I need an account to order?

No – you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, access order history and enjoy faster checkout on future purchases.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email address. We’ll send you a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

Trade accounts

Do you offer trade pricing for salons?

Yes – we offer wholesale pricing for verified salon professionals. Apply for a trade account on our trade portal. Applications are typically approved within 2 working days.

What discount do trade accounts receive?

Trade discounts vary by product and volume. Approved trade accounts receive access to a private pricing tier, visible when signed in. Contact us for details of current trade pricing.
