The Merlin Professional range was created by one man with an exceptional vision — John Curzon, founder of Curzon International and a professional hairdresser who understood the science of hair from the inside out.

John's philosophy was simple: products developed by a hairdresser, for the hairdresser. He brought a deep, practical understanding of what hair actually needs, combined with an uncompromising commitment to the finest ingredients in their most concentrated form. The result was a complete system that genuinely delivers on what it promises — nothing more, nothing less.

John was enormously respected within the professional hair industry, and many of the hairdressers and clients who use Merlin products today have their own memories of working with him. His belief that art and science should work together to create genuinely healthy hair is woven into every product in the range.
