30-day returns on all unopened items. Here is everything you need to know.
You can return any order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unopened item for a full refund — please note, return postage is not included.
Log in to your account and navigate to your order. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and confirm your reason for return. Alternatively, email us at returns@fabprohair.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you with details if how to return it to us. Copy the address and take your carefully packaged item to your chosen courier and dispatch it back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1–2 working days after receipt), your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free collection and send a replacement immediately – you won’t need to wait for the return to be processed first. If you are able to prove that your order was incorrectly picked or poorly packed by us, we may cover your return postage fee – this will be at our discretion.
