UK delivery options

We offer three UK delivery options. Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £50 – outlet and full-price items both count towards the threshold.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

During busy periods such as sale events, dispatch times may extend to 2 working days. We’ll always let you know by email if there is any delay.

International delivery

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We can also delivery to the EU and the US Royal Mails weight based shipping, worked out at the checkout.

For Northern Ireland and Channel Islands addresses, please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery.

Click & collect

Click & collect is not currently available. All orders are delivered directly to your chosen address.

Delivery to a different address

You can specify a different delivery address to your billing address during checkout. This is ideal for sending gifts directly to the recipient. We do not include a packing slip or price information in the parcel – gift delivery is fully discreet.

What if I’m not home?

For standard Royal Mail orders, your postie will leave a card if no one is in, and the parcel will be held at your local sorting office for 18 days.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep your outer packaging so we can assess the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
