Delivery will be via Royal Mail or if your order is over 2kg, via DHL.
All items are posted Monday to Friday. Deliveries take 3-5 days, the delivery date is NOT GUARANTEED. Royal Mail usually provide us with an excellent and predictable service, however delays can occur – for this reason we recommended waiting 10 days from dispatch before contacting customer service.
All deliveries to the UK (Inc. Northern Ireland) and the Channel Islands are charged at £4.99 per order.

Fab Pro Hair Supplies cannot dispatch to PO Box numbers. Please provide a valid address and post code to ensure the Royal Mail gets its end of the job done.
Multiple orders may not all be dispatched at the same time. Each order line may be packed and dispatched individually.
Large orders may be received
If an order contains some “IN STOCK” and some “LOW STOCK” items, an order may be split so that in stock items are received first. Or, depending on our lead times, an order may be delayed due to one low stock item.
Our products are carefully packed in either Jiffy bags or boxes.
